FCEst

FCEst is a Python package for estimating static and time-varying functional connectivity (TVFC) in fMRI data. It implements the Wishart process approach introduced in Time-varying functional connectivity as Wishart processes, alongside established baselines including DCC and GO MGARCH models and sliding-window estimators, within a common benchmarking framework.
